The Plain English Summary
1. You shall not disclose confidential company information during advisory sessions, whilst abiding by all legal and compliance guidelines. Any and all views shared are those of the expert adviser as an individual entity and not of the company they work for or represent.
2. You agree to indemnify Askvisory ltd., its partners or associations. Advisory services are provided on an as-is basis between advisors and clients.
3. You agree to use Askvisory for its intended purposes only e.g. advisory services, consulting and primary research.
4. You agree to our fixed pricing model which is paid to advisors on a minute by minute basis, rounded up to to the later minute. All payments are securely paid out by Paypal.
5. You are not permitted to share personal details about yourself or any other third parties (e.g. work colleagues) such as your telephone number, payment details, addresses.
Confidentiality & Compliance Agreement
You agree not to disclose or attempt to use or personally benefit from any Confidential Information, as defined below, you learn on Askvisory Ltd.’s ASKVISORY) websites or from communications you received from ASKVISORY. This obligation shall continue until such time as the Confidential Information has become publicly known through no action of your own. Confidential Information shall include (but not limited to):
- Information about actual or potential business, investment or trading decisions or transactions of any ASKVISORY client
- Names of current and former employees
- Intellectual property, including without limitation any trade secrets, know-how, or copyrighted information, of ASKVISORY or its clients
If you are compelled by order of a court or other governmental or legal body (or have notice that such an order is being sought) to divulge any Confidential Information, you agree promptly and diligently to notify ASKVISORY and cooperate fully with ASKVISORY in protecting such information to the extent possible under applicable law
By posting material on or through the Network in surveys, online discussion groups or otherwise, you expressly grant ASKVISORY the non-exclusive right to publish, broadcast, reproduce, modify, post, sell, exploit, copy, distribute, and make available for download such material, whether alone or in combination with other materials. You may download material from ASKVISORY’s web site for commercial purposes, but must reference ASKVISORY if material is used. Subsequent copying, redistribution, or publishing of material is prohibited without written permission. Removal of trademark or copyright notices from any content is strictly prohibited. By your participation in the Network, you represent that you have the right to share any messages, information, or other content you post on ASKVISORY’s web sites or provide Clients; however, under no circumstances should you forward written or electronic materials to Clients unless instructed by ASKVISORY in writing.
Membership by you in the Network is non-exclusive and there is no minimum time commitment required. Members should exhibit discretion in their follow-up communications with our Clients and their firms and not spend excessive amounts of time on any Consulting Assignment. As a condition to participation in the Network, and by your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, you agree that, for a period of one year from completion of any Consulting Assignment with a Client to whom you have been first introduced by ASKVISORY, you will not, directly or indirectly either for yourself or any third party, solicit Telephone based Consulting Assignments or other business from or propose any kind of telephone based consulting relationships without written permission of ASKVISORY. You also agree you will not, directly or indirectly, either for yourself or any third party, induce or attempt to induce or in any way interfere with the relationship between any Employee or any Client and ASKVISORY.
Sharing of personal telephone numbers and personal details (addresses, payment details, external websites) is not permitted electronically e.g. Via our messaging service or within any part of the website.
If you are an Advisor, you will be asked to provide personal data such as your name, email address, telephone number, and contact information. We will also ask you for detailed information in respect to your profession and professional experience (including industry (vertical), business area (horizontal), employers, current and past positions held, etc), your academic and professional background and qualifications and your language skills, as well as any other skills that we may consider necessary in order for you to join our network of advisors.
ASKVISORY cannot guarantee and makes no representations as to the accuracy or quality of member content, all of which is offered ASKVISORY does not develop, endorse, and is not responsible for member content. The use of a company or entity name in member content biographical or employment information should not be construed as an express or implied endorsement by such company or entity of ASKVISORY or the company in question. Members are not employees or under the supervision of ASKVISORY. Members have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and have represented, among other things, that they will not disclose information that is subject to a confidentiality obligation or participate in the Advisors in violation of any agreements or duties owed to employers or other third parties. ASKVISORY relies on the accuracy of these representations of the ASKVISORY member and does not necessarily seek independent verification
Non Disclosure Agreement
Advisor Members have agreed to and are bound by the Non-Disclosure provision of the Terms and Conditions. If you are not a Advisor Member, you agree not to disclose or attempt to use or personally benefit from any confidential information, you learn on Askvisory Ltd.’s website(s). This obligation shall continue until such time as the confidential information has become publicly known through no action of your own. confidential information shall include:
- The existence, title and description of any ASKVISORY advisory call. Information about actual or potential business, investment or trading decisions or transactions of any ASKVISORY Client;
- Any other confidential information of ASKVISORY or its members and any intellectual property including without limitation any trade secrets, know-how, or copyrighted information, of ASKVISORY or its members.
Trademarks and Copyright
Site Content and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein are owned by or licensed to ASKVISORY, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United Kingdom and foreign laws and international conventions. Site Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, uploaded, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of the respective owners.
To Report A Concern About Content On The Site
If you believe that any content on the Site is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, deceptive, misleading, subject to a confidentiality obligation, or constitutes material, non-public information, notify the ASKVISORY Legal Department by email by contacting the site administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ASKVISORY prohibits the posting of any information that infringes or violates the copyright rights and/or other intellectual property rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of any person or entity. If you believe that your intellectual property right (or such a right that you are responsible for enforcing) is infringed by any content on the Site, please write to ASKVISORY at the address found on our contact page, giving a written statement that contains:
Identification of the copyrighted work and/or intellectual property right claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the allegedly infringing material on the Site that is requested to be removed;
Your name, address, and daytime telephone number, and an e-mail address if available;
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted work and/or exercise of the intellectual property right is not authorized by the
owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that the signatory is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed; and

ASKVISORY will process notices of alleged infringement which it receives and will take appropriate action as required by UK law. Under appropriate circumstances, persons who repeatedly submit infringing or unlawful material will be prohibited from posting further submissions.

Third-Party Web Sites
Use our online invite tools to invite recommended colleagues to promote ASKVISORY. ASKVISORY will not sell your colleague’s name or contact details to third parties. You are solely responsible for the invites you send, and you may not act unlawfully, misleadingly or unfairly when
sending invites. ASKVISORY may store invite information in order to present other opportunities to your colleagues. Violations of these
Terms may result in the immediate termination of your membership with ASKVISORY.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United Kingdom, respect to all disputes arising out of or related to these Terms. If any part of these terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability
of the remaining provisions.
ASKVISORY adopts a variable pricing system based based on the demand in a particular industry. ASKVISORY reserves the right to change pricing, mark-up of advisor self declared rates and charges. ASKVISORY will provide seven days notice to advisors of any rate changes.
To financially protect all parties involved in the advisory service, credit card details are captured and stored (reference transactions) to enable advisors to be paid for consultatation calls. Stored credit cards can be changed at any moment, with a $1.00 admin charge for each instance of a credit card being changed or added. Payment to advisors will be done through Paypal to collect payments within 48 hours.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
This applies to any paid services provided by Askvisory or any of its members conducting transactions by or directly through Askvisory (e.g. paid telephone consultaitnos). Clients are given 5 minutes of free time or known as ‘review time’ on any call to review advisors. If the call is less than 5 minutes, there will be no charge for any service provided by the Advisor.
If a client is not fully satisfied with the service provided, we urge clients to simply drop the call within the 5 minute period. However, if the call is over 5 minutes, the entire length of the call is charged.
In the event that a client is not fully satisfied after the 5 minute review time period e.g. a 30 minute call, please contact email@example.com within 24 hours of the call. We will review your case and issue refunds to members where possible.
Possible Cases for Refunds:
– Misrepresentation of a profile e.g. Not the person represented in the profile
– Incorrect profile e.g. The advisor claimed to be a Lawyer, but was really a Doctor
– The call was not clear or dropped several times as a result of Askvisory infrastructure or call supporting services
