As a CEM at Cloudreach I hold full accountability for the successful delivery of our business transformation Programme(s) and/or Project(s) external and internal.
● I am responsible for all aspects of Programme and Project Management as required and as per the services purchased.
● I ensure a continued focus on the commercial impact of the delivery and results, constantly striving for high levels of satisfaction and success for our Customers, Cloudreach (including all BUs) and my delivery team.

● Full lifecycle Programme and Project Management of Cloudreach Customer engagements in line
with the Cloudreach CEM Methodology
