There are many views/opinions on one of the sales profession oldest art…..”Cold Calling”. Some have said with the rise of technology and the ability to uncover a vast amount of intelligence on potential prospects…”cold calling” has become an obsolete science. On the other side there are others who say there is a need and place for the activity of “cold calling” it’s just a process that’s changed over the years. While the door-to-door salesman is what we’ve seen as the consummate “Cold Caller” the ability to identify, prospect, and target potential buyers some would say is just an advanced way of “cold calling”.
